They creep and dance in the dark
They mask their last chance
For romance's rigorous art
How hard for ancient mutes
Under a pressure of fearing
To expose true nature's news
And soul racketeering
They guide to knowledge
And understanding
But knows not the power
In their hands is used
For peace, for love
And for violent plans
They share effort with
Life giving breath
And lend a voice for destruction
Just like illness censors
The meaning of death
For a hopeless race and
The symbol illiterate
They're a sweet embrace
So donate a little bit
Draw a cross across the chest
For the boss will stand erect
The routines in this silliness
Orders attention in your deficit
Open your minds to figure it
The angelic story's all too gory
Though displays a myriad of clues
We write them in for the silver screen
They're hoisted high,
But seldom seen as true
Awaken the curious and thirsty
Because we need more
To hold the door
Climb aboard the yellow submarine
And trade your sins
For a chance to be free
They form a machine –
A laundrette for the brain
To punish for thoughts and
To claim your words insane
Ironic duality calls on future slaves:
Help new babies pave these ways
Among the crazies to lay these waves!

Hyvin synkkää, goottimaista tunnelmointia. (Keltainen sukellusvene tosin pilaa sitä tunnelmaa.) Pitää taas vaihteeksi lukea sanakirjan kanssa :D Jotenkin iättömäntuntuista tekstiä. Silti 1800-luku on pääosin mielessä. Ja kaikki tunnetut, klassisest kauhukirjailijat kuten Poe ja Lovecraft. Enpä mitään järkevää osaa tästä sanoa, suosikiksi lisääminen kertonee kaiken oleellisen, vaikkakaan ei kovin kritisoivasti :)
